Range of machines purposely designed for small and large bakeries and confectionery industries.

  • Structure made of electro-welded steel.
  • Thick chromed-plated arms of highly resistant steel.
  • Bowl of 18/10 stainless steel
  • Drive system with ground spiral gears.
  • Large flywheel for the storage of power and consequent improving of the mixing phase.
  • Perfect oxygenation of the dough due to the particular computer-programmed configuration of the mixing arms.
  • Tested head with hydraulic lift
  • Extractible bowl mounted on a trolley (T300E and T500E models are supplied with hydraulic lock)
  • Safety measure: arms automatic stop when the safety guard is opened.
  • Electronic sensor control for the trolley position.

TT Model

Supplied with two timers which allow to set up the working time of the speeds separately and to stop the machine at the end of the mixing phase.

 



Supplied with all the electric and mechanical devices granting the operator maximum safety.


Manufactured in conformity with the regulations of 89/392 EEC Machines Directive.
