- The machine consists of a conveyor belt with a cutting unit with interchangeable rollers. A reciprocating belt feeds a moulder. Gauging rollers at the inlet release dough tension and assures even thickness.
- Optional: by-pass belt for products other than croissants.
- Available model for 2000 pcs/h and 5000 pcs/h. Other sizes on request.
