The GPA21JOLLY is
an automatic dividing and moulding flexible unit suitable to produce from
small loaves and finger rolls to medium size baguettes and loaves and
typical italian bread (banane, mantovane... ect.). Fabricated steel base
mounted on caster.
The unit consist of
- Hopper:
dough feeding belt of loading capacityof 45 Kg. dough
- Divider:
it can operate with two alternate knives or with the two joint toghether
to get a single peice. Electronic knife speed control to set the dividing
weight
- 1st moulder:
4-cylinder moulder 45 cm wide withtwo handles for the independent adjustment
of the gauging rollers and winding belts. Knob for the adjustment or
the contrast belt position
- Flour duster
- 2st moulder:
pivoting moulder. Same features as in the 1st moulder. With dough-centering
rollers on the feeding belt
- Electrical equipment:
dust-proof panel, low voltage, with electronic dividing weight setting
