Steam Deck Ovens

 

Wide range of steam ovens with 2-3-4 chambers to meet the requirement of baking from 70 to up 280 kg/hour of bread

  • Designed and manufactured to assure high quality as well as reliability and long life
  • The heating system consists of "Mannesmann" sealed tubes containing hot water under pressure, tested at 800 atm
  • The steam units are placed lengthwise on the tubes and are easily accessible for maintace opeations
  • The combustion chamber is made of high resistance stainless steel
  • Cladding, front and doors made of 18/10 stainless steel
  • High insulation level on walls and doors with minimum heat loss and high operating economy
  • Digital indicator for chambers internal temperature
  • Automatic temperature control.

Optional equipment:
- Wooden furnace
- Computer control


Manufactured in conformity with the regulations of 89/392 EEC Machines Directive.

Supplied with all the electric and mechanical devices granting the operator maximum safety
