Automatic machines for the production of cookies with interchangeable head and wire cutting device for hard and fluid dough

  • Operating cycle controlled by 99-program computer to set depositing time, speed, quantity, tray forward and backward movement, nozzles rotation.
  • The head can be completely disassembled for cleaning and washing.
  • Version C: suitable for consistent dough
  • Version F: suitable for liquid dough (muffins, sponge cake, lady's fingers, etc)
  • Version CF: like version C with wire cut device

Optional: trays width 60 cm, pump head for liquid dough, various moulds.

 

Supplied with all the electric and mechanical devices granting the operator maximum safety.

Manufactured in conformity with the regulations of the 89/392 EEC Machines Directive.
